All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equaling the 1st night plus tax & $30.00 daily facility fee. From June 23 through September 3rd a deposit equaling 50% of the entire stay will be required for rooms in the Ocean, Marginal Way, Starboard Studio, Garden House Suite, & Cottage 606 or 607.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations (for length of stay or a portion of) must be received (See list below) days prior to scheduled arrival date for guaranteed refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy will forfeit their required deposit.

Two Day Cancellation Policy (Winter Season): December 10, 2023 – April 1, 2024 (Excluding New Year’s Eve & President’s Day Weekend)

Fourteen Day Cancellation Policy: April 1, 2024 – June 22, 2024 & September 4, 2024 – December 9, 2024

Thirty Day Cancellation Policy: All Reservations June 23, 2024 – September 3, 2024

Sixty Day Cancellation Policy: Any reservation includes the night of July 4th
Nightly rates based on double occupancy: Minimum night stays may apply weekends and peak season.
Additional persons over the age of twelve years old add: $20.
Maximum Occupancy: Rooms with 1 bed = 2 persons, 2 beds = 4 persons.
Accommodations reserved by location. Specific rooms within location reserved will not be guaranteed. Proximity of multiple room reservations cannot be guaranteed. All requests will be honored to the best of our ability.
The Anchorage By the Sea is a smoke free property – all smoking is prohibited on Anchorage grounds.
Pets are not allowed.
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, exclusive use of all facilities and parking is restricted to registered guests only. (Included in Facility Fee) 1 vehicle per room only. Public lots available off premises for additional vehicles at owner’s expense. Unfortunately, we are unable to permit guest visitors parking or pool/lounge area privileges. Please refrain from inviting them to do so.
Check in time 4:00pm. Check out time by 11:00am.
Drones, Skateboarding, Rollerblades, & Scooters, are prohibited on grounds.
Payment in full for length of stay is due upon arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Amex credit cards, sorry no cash accepted.
Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for balance of reserved period.
